We are available for emergencies, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For non-emergency situations, please talk to our VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF OF ADMINISTRATORS. They are mature and experienced (many are camp parents too) and can handle most of your questions very efficiently. Inquiries about transportation, visiting days, scheduling telephone calls, packages, birthdays, etc. are all appropriate items for the Administrators to handle.
If a call from one of the Directors seems best, the Administrators will take detailed messages and schedule a return phone call. We can’t always return calls during the day because we need to be out supervising camp. (That’s where you want us to be!) Our goals are to be both accessible to the campers and staff in order to know what’s going on with all of them, as well as to be reachable by you. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
