Fitness
Our fitness classes include elements of basic training, pilates, aerobics, yoga, general conditioning and more. Each camper is encouraged to work at their own pace and set their own individual goals. Everyone is welcome in fitness, and we make every class a fun experience!
Is there something you want to do in fitness class? Just let the instructor know! There is always room for a few new work-outs. We want to make sure that you're having a good time while you get fit!
