Martial Arts
Improve self-discipline and enhance self-esteem and confidence. Campers train in a number of martial arts styles including karate, tae kwon do, and various elements of self defense. Our instructors are highly trained and want to pass on the skills that they have mastered.
Our emphasis is on developing the mind, body and spirit. Summer Camp is an ideal opportunity to either improve your skills or experience martial arts for the first time.
