For many campers, special events are the highlights of the summer and the WOW’s they remember years later. Once a session camp gathers for a unique special event, and many campers return to the same session year after year because they love their event. Special events bring out the best in camp. The unique blend of creativity, competition, collaboration, sportsmanship, and teambuilding connects camp in special ways.

Our nightly evening programs are also huge hits, and these nightly activities are important camp traditions. Each summer we repeat storied favorites and introduce exciting new activities to keep our community engaged and excited. We open each session with Welcome Campfire, and close with “Club Emerson” and a camp Candle Lighting Ceremony.
